Define Distraction

In ScreenTimerAI, distraction groups are used to define what activities are considered distractions.

A group is defined as distraction by marking it as distraction upon creation:

After creation, you can drag and drop categories into this group.

When in activities of the "Distraction" group and Distraction Alert is enabled, you will see a distraction alert.
